Spanish Reverie is an intentional study in balancing historical romance with contemporary restraint. Starting with a blank canvas, this new build project allowed us to take a raw structural shell and design every interior space from the ground up, pairing the warmth of sun-drenched European villas with sleek, airy minimalism.

We brought the residence to life by custom-designing all wet areas, feature walls, and bespoke joinery throughout. The interiors showcase a play on materials, hand-applied plaster walls that capture shifting light, custom feature tiles, and tailored cabinetry paired with refined hardware. The Calacatta Viola feature stone anchors the kitchen and wet areas, offering organic contrast without overwhelming the space. By layering tactile surfaces, timber finishes, and custom feature elements, we built depth and cohesion into every room.

By stripping back the superfluous, we allowed the purity of form and material integrity to take center stage. The result is a fully custom new build that turns raw structure into a grounded, effortlessly elevated home tailored for modern living.
